Generally speaking we are able to service anyone within a two hour driving radius of our shop location in Waterloo Region.

Exceptions can be made for large groups or specialty projects

Depending on what the repair is, where you fall in the queue, and if parts or leather need to be purchased your repair could take anywhere from a few days to 2-3 weeks.

Invoices are always sent out on the Friday following your works completion.
