Our Process
Initial Assessment

Scheduling
Once contact has been made, our fitter will discuss possible availability for your fitting appointment

Assessment
During your appointment, we will discuss any pain points you have with your saddle, conduct a static and dynamic fitting assessment

Suggestions
After the assessment phase, we will discuss possible solutions or adjustments to improve the comfort and performance of your riding
Adjustment
01
On Site Adjustments
If it can be done, the fitter will inform the client and obtain their permission to perform the adjustment on site

Off-Site Adjustments
In the case of a large adjustment being needed, the fitter will bring your saddle to the Poseidon Atelier shop for our expert craftsmen to adjust.

Follow Up
Once the proper adjustments have been made, the fitter will be in contact to either schedule a drop off of the adjusted saddle or confirm the work was satisfactory.
